COD's computerized civil litigation records summarize information on every
subject of interest, while a Writ of Summons provides full details of each writ
filed. Copies of Writ of Summons are available online.
Online Request for Certificate of Search
Available online, a Certificate of Search authenticates the information provided to
the client by COD. Place you request for a Certificate of Search online and it will
be sent the next working day.
Auto Monitor
This is an automatic searching service. It offers updated information in
accordance with criteria defined by the client. This service eliminates the need to
search COD's databases on a daily basis. Simply input the key word [name of
subject of interest] on the search form and our system will do the rest. Auto
Monitor information requested is sent to clients by e-mail.
