Litigation Records supply brief information on a subject of interest while Writ of Summons will provide details of the claims filed. Copies of the Writ of Summons are available upon request.

A Certificate of Search authenticates that information was provided to you by COD and is provided upon request. Simply check the request box and one will be sent the next working day.

Online Request for Statutory Company Search

This is an up to date summary of a limited company in Hong Kong and is a reproduction from information filed in the Companies Registry. The information contains, inter alia, the subject's date of incorporation, last reported address, its authorized and paid up capital, reported indebtedness, particulars of shareholders, directors and secretary as well as information on its last 10 reported charges.
